About BC Services

BC Services was created to help our new neighbors get most out of their Boca Chica investment. We can help new owners get settled as well as help all of our neighbors to minimize time spent repairing and maintaining their properties while maximizing their time having fun and the value of their investment.

About John

The owner of BC Services, John Moore, is also a neighbor in Boca Chica and has a heart for the community and helping others.

John is a retired professional property manager of twenty years.  During that time he learned the various intricacies of the profession such general property maintenance and repair, preventative maintenance, maximizing real estate value, and the importance of planning for anticipate and unforeseen situations.

More recently, John completed the Registered RV Technician program through the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) in Athens Texas where he continues to pursue his RV Technician Certification with NRVTA.  He uses this knowledge and experience to help his neighbors.
